The MetaShot game is optimised for devices of all sizes. Please note that the Normal HDMI will not work and prevents having a seamless gameplay while playing on TV and hence please ensure that you purchase high quality cable.

You can use any 5V- mobile charger to charge the bat.

Unfortunately we Do not provide options for trial and return. However you will receive complete support on technical issues or the product not working as intended. We provide complete support to resolve any technical issues, or product related issues, and we ensure that you get a replacement for the product if there is an issue we can't resolve over the phone call from our technical support team. However we do not provide refunds for the product.

Please do not try to connect the Metashot bat via the Mobile/Tablet/Laptop Settings. Instead turn on the Bluetooth on the device and then open the Metashot App, then choose one of the several Game play modes and turn on the Metashot bat by Long pressing the Metashot Logo (the bat powers on with Blue light blinking) once the connection is established the bat indicator lights will turn Green.

We have a 6 Months warranty on MetaShot bats for technical issues. In case you face any problems please send us an email to hello@metashot.pk with all the details. We will get in touch with you for further process. Warranty Does Not Cover Damage due to abuse, accident, tampering or modifications of the unit, failure to follow instructions or warnings in the Owner’s Manual, misuse, mishandling, accident or damage due to normal usage and wear and tear. Kindly note, unauthorised tampering with, modifying, or opening the unit will void the warranty.

We don't have an option to give cash refunds in case you want to return the product. 

This is hard for us to watch, but still we provide a 6hr window to cancel the order. If you choose to cancel the order, you can send us an Email at hello@metashot.pk with the order details and we will initiate a refund or call us on +92332 4222200 within the cut off time line. The order cannot be cancelled once it is shipped. Kindly keep in mind that the cut off time will be calculated based on the first instance of contact via Email to hello@metashot.pk

Once you purchase the bat you can download the MetaShot game from the playstore.The MetaShot game will be made available free for download from the PlayStore, App Store and from the website’s download section for free

No, the MetaShot smart bat is a standalone device and does not need any other device to operate. You can download the MetaShot game app from the Playstore, metashot website and pair the smart bat via bluetooth and play on mobile, laptop or desktop. We have also provided an HDMI cable for easy connection and game experience on TV.

The Charging indicator is the 1st hole when the bat is held upright with the handle up next to the Charging port.

After the connection with the bat is completed the screen will show the indication to take Stance. All you have to do is to take a position, like how you play a normal cricket game and TAP the POWER BUTTON. Donot Long press the button as that will switch off the bat and the alert will show “ Connection lost”.

Please donot try Casting/Mirroring the Metashot app to the T.V. We recommend purchasing “The MetaShot Bundle Product/TV Bundle” which consists of MetaShot Smartbat plus TV connector. This cable enables you to connect mobile devices, laptops and tabs to any TV for a large screen experience. Following are the points to be noted: Seamless experience on TV will be better via HDMI cables (like the one given in our bundle product or HDMI which can connect laptop/tabs to TV) Wireless mirroring is not recommended as this is a real time interactive gaming and wireless projections will lead to lag in experience Keep the TV picture setting to “Gaming Mode” for best experience. Gaming mode on TV doesn’t use additional image enhancements which may create lag In case there is some lag, we recommend to change graphics to medium quality (This can be found in settings)

There will be Lag/ Delay in game play if you try any other device to play the game on TV instead of the TV Connector provided by Metashot. So please go ahead with the TV Bundle if you want to play the game on TV instead of buying the Smartbat only option.

Once the Metashot Bat is delivered please ensure that you charge the bat for 2 hours using a normal Type C - Mobile charger before turning the bat ON.

While downloading and installing the Miraplug app to use the MHL Cable you HAVE TO give approval to all permission, especially Location permissions. Once that is accepted the Miraplug app works seamlessly.
